I'm an online operations expert with eight years of experience running the back end of online businesses. I've spent six years working inside Kajabi - building it, automating it, optimising it and making it work harder for the businesses I support.

What I do is take your ideas and create the environment in the back end for them to work. The systems, the automations, the tech, the customer journey - all the moving parts that need to work in alignment so your business can grow sustainably without you holding everything together.

Operations Audit

Sometimes you need fresh eyes before you know what support you actually need. I review your tech stack, systems, automations, customer journey and how your tools are being used. You get a clear written report with practical recommendations and a call to walk through it together.
